We strive to create a unique and unforgettable experience for all attendees, and to ensure that our event remains exclusive and of the highest quality, we have a strict No Refund Policy. By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to the terms outlined below:
1. Acknowledgment of No Refund Policy
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. This means:
• No refunds will be issued, even if you do not attend the event for any reason, including personal scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction with the event, or any other circumstances.
- This policy applies regardless of unforeseen situations, such as weather conditions or changes in event details.
- The only exception to this policy is the highly unlikely event that the *Nothing But Heels* event is canceled. In such a case, a refund will be issued to ticket holders.
We are committed to delivering a spectacular event, but we understand that individual experiences may vary. Please note that **refunds or exchanges will not be issued** based on personal opinions or dissatisfaction.
2. Superseding Credit Card Merchant Policies
This policy and agreement supersede any refund or chargeback policies that may be offered by your credit card company or payment processor.
